What we collect
The only personal information we collect is what you choose to send through the contact form or by contacting us directly:
- Name and company name
- Email address and/or phone number
- The contents of your message
We do not use advertising trackers and we do not collect payment information on this site.
How we use it
Contact form submissions are used for one purpose: responding to your inquiry. When you submit the form, your information is delivered to us by email and text message, and a confirmation email is sent to the address you provided.
Service providers
Delivering those messages involves the following processors, which handle your information only to transmit it:
- Mailgun (email delivery)
- Twilio (text message delivery)
- Calendly (if you book a call — governed by Calendly's privacy policy)
- Google Fonts (typefaces served by Google when the page loads)
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone for marketing purposes.
Analytics cookies
With your consent — given through the cookie banner — this site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited. This sets Google Analytics cookies (such as _ga) and IP addresses are anonymized. If you decline, no analytics run and no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookies" link in the site footer. Google's handling of this data is described in Google's privacy policy.
Retention
Inquiry emails and texts are kept only as long as needed to handle the conversation and any business relationship that follows. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
Email tyler@eilandmgt.com to ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion. We'll respond promptly.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
