Tyler started in the trench, not the office. A decade in the pipe trades — combination pipe welder and QC inspector across Georgia, Florida, and Texas, including quality control at Skanska — led to five years as Regional Quality Manager for EXCEL USA in Houston, running quality across energy, semiconductor, and chemical infrastructure: XTO's Cowboy oil & gas CDP (Phases 1–2) and the TSMC / Linde gas plant, pipeline, and CUP building projects, leading a 20-inspector team to SEMI ultra-high-purity specifications.
In 2023 he brought that quality discipline back to civil work on his own terms: Eiland Management LLC for systems consulting, then Axsus Civil Development Company (5550 S Linder Rd, Meridian, ID 83642) — sewer, water, storm, pressure irrigation, grading, and full-site development. In 2024 he founded PM Axsus, the field-first project management platform his own crews run on, built on one rule: if it can't be verified later, it isn't complete yet.
